What Will it Take For Americans to Eat Insects? By Brian on December 19, 2015

There's a nice article on Eater.com about the hurdles involved in getting Americans -- and really any culture that isn't already into entomophagy -- into tossing back some crickets. It's something we're obviously thinking about a lot, as Maddy and I attempt to figure out how we can play our small role in convincing people to eat bugs.

I think it's a good sign for my own journey into being cool with bug-eating that the plate of grasshoppers in the article actually looks appealing to me.
